In 1997, recognizing both the lack of customer focus and poor generic designs, Frank Razzaboni began listening to the end users and building exactly what they wanted. Since then, Frank built a solid reputation throughout the industry and developed relationships worldwide. His hard work has led to great success for all his customers, and ultimately, his (partial) retirement in 2019.
Peter and Ben Prime transitioned from medical device manufacturing and purchased the business from Frank Razzaboni in 2019 with the same fundamental goals; design, build, test, and deliver exactly what the customer wants. While Frank remains on board as a consultant, a fresh set of eyes has brought certain design changes to improve form, fit and function, strategic alliances with vendors to improve access to raw materials, and a new CAD system to provide customers a 3D drawing package to ensure alignment throughout the project. These additions, combined with a goal to exceed Frank’s renowned level of customer service, has lead to a very powerful vendor-client foundation; enhancing the design and build phases, reducing lead times, and minimizing potential issues with this customizable process.
Another major change that Park Bio has undergone is a partnership with ARES Scientific, an equipment sale and distribution company centered around the exact market that Park Bio has focused on for years. The partnership gets Park Bio’s name and products in front of more people so others can share the customer-focused products we build. We couldn’t be happier with the folks at ARES and look forward to what the future brings!
